Premium Hospitality Representative


To provide an enjoyable guest experience for customers and employees by providing exceptional customer service.

Demonstrated Skills:

  • The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guests with an overall positive experience at all Events by offering a superior, guest service experience.
  • Premium hospitality staff will work any of the following positions: Ticket Taker, Guest Services Representative and Directional Staff. Additional positions could also be in Guest Services.
  • Demonstrate willingness to help others
  • Efficient and consistent performance and attendance
  • Ability to lead and teach other team members
  • Ability to regulate conflict resolution and guest concerns

Qualifications:

  • Ability to navigate a variety of floor surfaces and areas including stairs, escalators, carpet, concrete
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments including but not limited to heights, elevators, in darkened corridors, around crowds, loud noise, flashing lights, and haze effects.
  • Customer Service experience required

Working conditions:

  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors as needed in various weather conditions for a minimum of 5 hours
